2016 AGM Minutes (in no particular order):

1. General ire, bewilderment and ball throwing.

2. Handicap Secretary Denis Hannigan provided strong leadership with the following adjustments

    a. Colin Enright to have a ceiling handicap of 18 (No more double bubbles!) before adjustment of 2 shots as incumbent champion

    b. Jonathan Curtain to have a ceiling handicap of 12 before adjustment of 1 shot as 2014 champion

 3. Proposal to require invitees that have missed 2 consecutive events to beg for their return on 3rd year was passed

4. Proposal to require invitees that have missed a) the RHC and/or b) the AGM to consume 1/2 shots on first tee was passed

5. The bill including tip size was debated

6. Meeting was adjourned
